This privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Policy of privacy”) aims to provide additional and detailed information to interested parties on the Privacy Policy of TELCO CUSTOMER CARE & SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANY, SL (hereinafter “TELCO,”) in compliance with the regulations on this matter, regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and which repeals Directive 95 /46/CE, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
This is intended to help the User to make informed decisions when using the Website and to understand how we will treat the personal information provided by the User through the different data collection forms that appear on the Website. TELCO will keep the personal data as long as the purpose for which they were collected subsists and as long as the interested party does not express their opposition to their treatment.
The data provided by Users in the WORK WITH US section will be kept for a maximum period of two years for their inclusion in future personnel selection processes.
